Justin is an experienced Principal Consultant – Privacy with expertise in both law and technology. He has held senior roles ensuring compliance with State and Federal privacy laws, helping stakeholders navigate complex regulatory environments. Justin’s proactive and pragmatic approach emphasizes privacy solutions that align with best practices and evolving regulations.

With a background in technology, Justin has provided privacy advice across various sectors, including medical research, local government, and law enforcement. His current national security clearance adds value to clients managing sensitive data.

Justin has previously served as Associate Director in the Global Privacy Office of National Australia Bank (NAB) and as a privacy and FOI lawyer for a Commonwealth regulatory agency. He also held technology roles in retail and telecommunications prior to commencing his career in privacy.

Justin was admitted as a lawyer in 2015 and is a member of the IAPP.
